Profile

Matthew is experienced in all aspects of employment and industrial law, and has extensive experience in public sector employment law. He had conducted litigation in the Fair Work Commission, the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission, the Australian Human Rights Commission, the State Administrative Tribunal, the Western Australian Industrial Magistrates Court, the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, and the Federal Court of Australia.

Matthew has worked as an industrial officer at two large trade unions and as an employment lawyer for a community legal centre and a national plaintiff law firm. He has been a committee member for the Industrial Relations Society of WA and the Law Society of WA, and a pro bono solicitor for community service organisations.
